Steamy Recipe: Sugar Snap Salmon

  • 1 single portion salmon filet
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2-3 fresh cut lemon slices
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 100 grams of sugar snaps

  1. Use cold water to rinse the salmon and pat dry.
  2. Place the salmon in the Single Serve Steamer with the skin side down. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and let it rest.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Grab a brush and use this mix to cover the top of the filet.
  4. Place sugar snaps on top of the sauce and around filet.
  5. Add lemon wheels and parsley for freshness and some green.
  6. Put the Single Serve Steamer in the microwave for 4 minutes at 750. Check the center of the filet with a fork to check if this is done. If you think there is still some uncooked fish, microwave it for another 30-45 seconds.
  7. To finish this delicious recipe, top it off with some additional parsley and lemon wheels.
